Returns and Exchanges
We love our clothes and want you to love them, too. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt. You may return unused clothing items in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.


How do I make a merchandise return?
If you would like to make a return please send us an email at customercare@beebliss.com and we will email you return instructions for your items.

In your email to us, please include

  • Item being returned, including style, size, price
  • Brief explanation for the return
  • Your Name
  • Billing address
  • Phone number


Upon receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

We will send you an email to notify that your exchange and/or return has been processed and that your account has been credited. Kindly allow up to 14 days for your return credit.

We strongly suggest that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Beebliss is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.


Do you pay for my return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, if an item is defective, or we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we most certainly will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

 

How do I make a merchandise exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange, it is easiest handled as a separate transaction from the original order. Please place a new order for the items you would like and then follow our returns procedure above. Your return will be credited to your credit card when it is received. Any new order will be a new charge.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, usually within 24-48 hrs after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped via USPS and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.  Some items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may take longer.

Shipping carrier & shipping materials
When possible we ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) because they are the only shipper that has earned certification for eco-friendly shipping materials.
