What is your return policy?
We love our clothes and want you to love them, too. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 21 days of receipt. You may return unused clothing items in their original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Used items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned at customer’s expense. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.  Kindly allow up to 14 days for your return credit.

We strongly suggest that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Beebliss is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

What shipping carrier is used? What shipping materials are used?
At this time, when possible we ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) because they are the only shipper that has earned certification for eco-friendly shipping materials. For more information see http://www.usps.com/green/.

Plus, the USPS already visits your home six days a week, so it’s not an extra trip.


What's the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a link to track your order online.

When will my items ship?    
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly. If you place your order before 11pm (PST) in most cases you order will be shipped the next-business day.

 

When will my order arrive?    
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. At check out, you will select the type of shipping desired – standard, expedited or next-business day.

 

Do you ship internationally?    
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

 

What are my payment options?

Do you offer gift cards?
